About me
I lead global marketing operations teams responsible for intake governance, capacity planning, and SLA performance across complex, high-growth environments. With 10+ years across EdTech, consumer platforms, hospitality, and BFSI, I have built service delivery models that balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations while supporting distributed teams and enterprise programs. At MIT World Peace University, I head the Marketing Operations PMO, overseeing demand intake, resource planning, delivery governance, and performance reporting. My earlier roles at Koo and OYO involved scaling campaign operations, resolving delivery bottlenecks, and creating capacity-based workflows to support aggressive growth objectives. I’m interested in leadership roles where operational rigor enables commercial success.
