    • Co-op

      Jul 2016 - now

I plan strategic and tactical campaigns to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates for roles across the Co-op, as well as contributing to the strategic development of our talent brand and employer value proposition.I have had the privilege to work with business areas across the Co-op group including retail, funeral care, insurance and new business ventures. More recently I've been working on a programme of recruitment to build our UK wide Member Pioneer team. It's a unique community based role, and it's being an interesting campaign to lead on with some huge successes including positive time to hire and cost per hire figures. As of September 2020, I step back into the world of non-volume roles alongside those in the volume space and I am excited to be back on that team. I also work closely on team projects such as service mapping and integration of new marketing leading partnerships and processes. Show less
