      Heartbeat Award Travel + Leisure Kas 2019 Gabe was a wonderful team player today (11/7). When I arrived this morning my computer monitors weren't working. I reached out to Anil and he asked Gabe to stop up when he could. Very quickly he was at my desk troubleshooting, looking everything over, listening to the challenges I was having and found the problem. I was back up and running so fast! It was very busy but he patiently greeted everyone who arrived and politely provided wait time and options. At the same time, he was efficient in working through challenges brought to him. The customer service exceeded my expectations and left everyone with a smile, even if the news wasn't great. And he resolved my issues to the best of his tools and it wasn't an easy one.       Heartbeat Award Travel + Leisure Eki 2019 I thought my laptop had stopped working and not knowing who to go to, I went down to the fifth floor and stopped by Gabriel's as he had previously assisted me with a laptop for a new hire, hoping he could direct me to someone who could help me fix my laptop issue.
