About me

Holding 4+ years of experience as an HR (Human Resources) with diverse industries. As an HR, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end HR Ops/HRBP, including payroll management/taxes/PF, labor laws, attendance, leaves, policy development & modifications, HRMS implementation, data analytics & MIS reports generation, employee engagement, grievances handling, appraisal & performance management, onboarding, exits, FnF data management, vendor & asset management, stakeholder communication, and organic or low-cost hiring (recruitment). I have organised & successfully done corporate events and offsites within budget. I have a strong academic background in human resources management. I also possess multiple certifications in HR, such as Advance Excel, SHRM-CP, executive leadership, and compensation and benefits. I have a keen interest in the information technology domain and have acquired skills in people management. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to the growth of the organization.
