  I served as an USAF officer performing air battle management functions for manual, semi-automated, and automated command and control intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, including the mobile Forward Air Control Post (FACP) as a Senior Weapons Controller (SWC) using the AN/TPS-43E radar, the mobile Control and Reporting Post (CRP) as a Senior Director (SD) using the AN/TSQ-91 Operations Central, the mobile Tactical Air Control Center (TACC) as an Interface Control Officer (ICO)/Track Data Coordinator (TDC) using the AN/TYC-10 Message Processing Center (MPC), the Iceland Regional Operations Control Center as a Flight Commander and Senior Director, and the NATO Airborne Warning and Control Systems E-3A as an Air Battle Manager (ABM) and Fighter Allocator (FA) (called Senior Director in similar systems). I also worked Wing level staff jobs as the Chief of Exercise Plans and the Chief of Current Operations at the 507th Tactical Air Control Wing. Show less

  Perform software test on embedded systems for airborne command and control systems, including the several varieties of AWACS and AEW&C airplanes produced by Boeing. Also worked on the supporting Mission Crew Training Systems. I wrote test procedures, conducted testing (integration through formal acceptance), produced test reports, and travelled to foreign subcontractor and customer locations to conduct testing and training. I participated in requirements definition and refinement. I conducted business within the guidelines of export compliance rules and regulations, producing reviews and paperwork to support exports.
