      I help shape customer’s IT architecture and strategy, ensuring that they understand the broad KCOM value proposition, and identify and drive from a technical perspective opportunities within those accounts that span the KCOM portfolio. As a CSA I engage, and manage virtual teams, Customer Solutions Consultants and other design resources as appropriate to develop specific opportunities.
