  As a customer success manager for Kainos Smart, I'm pleased to work with our existing client base to help them get the most out of their use of the Kainos Smart tool while also educating them about the latest and greatest features of the tool, including new product which they may want to uptake to expand their automation suite. Supporting the implementation and post-production testing cycles for Workday HCM and Security utilizing Kainos Smart automated testing. In addition to building the tests, I travel onsite to engage in tenant analysis and client training and serve as support liaison during the implementation phase of the Smart tool. I also serve in a "pre-sales" capacity by performing product demos along with the sales team.
