Successfully Productionized new German design Alternators at Shop 2 by successfully clearing Proto & Pilot batches with completed documentation like Route card, PFMEA, layout with in-built 5S, trained operators & supported for creation of sectionwise SOPs.Despatched these new machines to Customer without any Delivery complaints (100% First Pass Yield). Process developed at Supplier end & Validated for outsourced Sub-assemblies.Was instrumental in installation, setup, layout & commissioning of a New HV testing area till 30kV at Shop 2 with in-built Safety interlocks.Conducted inspection on High Voltage wound stators, wound rotors & complete machines till 27kV (Tan Delta test, IR test - 5kV, HV test upto 27kV etc.,)Initiated along with CFT for completion of documentations for Customer approval like PFMEA, Control Plan, Process flow diagram, PPAP documents, SOP preparation support & SOP correction/validation, Process & Special process validations.Took the initiative for the in-house installation of Tensile testing machine to eliminate the cost incurred by sending the samples for External labs for testing. ROI recovered within a year & around 2.5 lakh saving per year achieved.Was Selected for VDA 6.3 Certification which was organizes by our Customer with collaboration with TUV SUD & cleared the Exam for becoming Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor.
