He has an interest in developing individuals within organisations and believes that personal progression increases potential, leading to greater success and fulfilment for the individual which in turn expedites improved team results. His principal interest is positive change management and he enjoys working with individuals and groups to manage and embrace change therefore increasing the team’s capacity to develop and improve.
