      I spent years as a volunteer for the Center for Child Study and Protection/Pusat Kajian dan Perlindungan Anak (PKPA). PKPA is one of the leading children and women's rights organizations in Sumatera Utara. I was involved in many projects by PKPA, such as the Child Creativity Center, the Information Center for Teenager Health Reproduction and HIV-AIDS, the Center for Legal Aid for Children, Disaster Risk Management, and the Children Film Festival.

      TEMPO Institute is a wing company of TEMPO Inti Media Group that focuses on enhancing the quality of journalism practice all across Indonesia by conducting a series of journalistic training, focus group discussions, research, book publishing, and developing youth network engagement across Indonesia.Among my responsibilities is developing the curriculum for writing, photography, and investigation courses. I have designed and conducted more than 30 writing and photography classes for private companies, ministries, local governments, banking institutions, and state-owned enterprises all over the country. I also led a project called Peta Kaum Muda Indonesia, or Indonesian Youth Mapping, since 2015. Show less

      As the Head of the Girls Leadership Academy, I oversaw the entire business plan cycle, including program development, proposal creation, pitching to donors, team management, partnerships, campaigns, communications, program implementation, building a Learning Management System, community building, and monitoring and evaluation.The Girls Leadership Academy successfully graduated 200 girls across four batches:- #GLABatch2: Girls Unlimited: Breaking Gender Norms – Conducted in collaboration with FWD Insurance and Investing in Women, an initiative of the Australian Government.- #GLABatch3: Girls Speak Up: Let's Lead the New Normal – Conducted in collaboration with Investing in Women, an initiative of the Australian Government.- #GLABatch4: Girls Power: Building the Future with Financial Literacy – Conducted in collaboration with VISA Asia-Pacific Regional Office. Show less I moved to Country Office in Jakarta as a Girls Leadership Project Officer. The new flagship project of Plan Indonesia named Girls Leadership Academy. I prepared the milestones of the academy, such as launched the academy, syllabus and modules development, mentor and volunteer recruitment, website development, learning management system, social media strategy, and girls mapping.We do believe that girls will be a future leader. So we will prepare them with gender equality and inclusivity value through Girls Leadership Academy Pillars: Girls Power, Girls Unlimited, and Girls Speak Up!During the Covid-19 pandemic, we held various discussion series on Instagram Live, Zoom Webinar, and GoToMeeting Online Class.
