  Currently I work at Aston Bogor Hotel and Resort, as Assistant of Food and Beverage Manager. I responsible for entire operation of Food and Beverage Department, especially in terms of maintaining the standardized Aston quality of service. On the daily operation I do collaboration with my superior (the Food and Beverage Director) to control the functions quality in Banquet, and accelerate the every clients’ needs during their events. At the Restaurant, I do control the breakfast, lunch and dinner (both preparation and the service). At the same time I do control the Room Service and Bar operation.I do conduct briefing for the staffs related to the particular urgent/important information from the management, and do counselling or giving direction if any problem occurred on the daily operation. In terms of administration, I regularly make the staffs’ working schedule, recording their leave compensation, doing the monthly report, and issuing any internal or inter-office memorandum (by asking the approval from my superior).Nevertheless, I do concern to the cleanliness of premises and actively conduct the training and accomplish the reports to HR Department.
