Administered the Escaped Defect Analysis team for continuous defect prevention and process improvement achieving 20% software quality improvement. My team owns the end to end delivery of projects in the Seller Fulfilled Prime program, a new product initiative that for the first time allows 3rd party fulfilled products to be part of Amazon Prime. The program spans Amazon company-wide and includes deliverables from over 25 technical and business teams.
