      Surveys processes and systems to identify potential problem areas needing review. Interviews program specialists, program managers, and technical personnel; analyzes office procedures, researches regulatory requirements; and reviews correspondence and prior reviews.Reviews and assesses management processes and systems. This includes reviewing guidance and background information, special techniques to be used, and the preparation of workpapers and reports.Analyzes individually or as part of a team specific management functions, processes and systems. Documents the current state, identifies opportunity for improvement and develops recommendations and plan to implement improvements.Prepares evaluation reports and recommendations based on own work or that of the team. Reports include discussion of objectives, scope, findings, and recommendations. Recommendations include changes such as enhancement, revision, or installation of systems, updated methods, improved processes, procedures, and policies. Takes initiative to review reports and policy statements issued in the Department to identify issues that may affect organizational goals and objectives. In addition, review a variety of internal reports to identify trends and then uses creativity to develop and implement special studies to analyze operating programs and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.Collects, reviews, and analyzes statistical information. Data may be obtained through reports, files and meetings.Performs and participates as a team member in conducting various special projects.Assists in preparing oral and written reports and presentations, along with graphs and charts that present clearly, concisely and effectively the analyses, evaluations and studies performed.Prepares correspondence, reports, and work papers.Tracks actions and follows up with responsible personnel to ensure recommendations are implemented.       As President, I was the chief executive officer who presides over meetings of the club, and the executive committee; appoints all committees; and has general supervision of the operation of the club. As President, I also served as the club's representative at the district and international levels. I was responsible for updating and maintaining club addendums and charters, the Toastmasters International Club Constitution, Distinguished Club Programs and The Club Success Plan, and Distinguished Club Program Goals. As VPM, I was third ranking officer responsible for recruitment, retention, and maintaining membership at the high quality level. Other duties included public speaking, training, mentoring new members, marketing Toastmasters International, and networking. Also provided information and resources to individuals that are local, regional, and international about Toastmasters International Community Based Programs offered to non-members and youth. Industry giants such as, Apple, AT&T, Bank of America, The Coca-Cola Company, Exxon Mobile, Walt Disney, and Google just to name a few, have found the Toastmasters International program to be an effective staff development tool that benefits their organization in a meaningful way.       Club Coach- Creating Leaders Giving Voice To Their Potential

      As an experienced Toastmaster, I have been upgraded to Club Coach from Club Mentor of Herzing University's Toastmasters club. As Club Coach, I vow to share my wisdom, knowledge, and experience to help our next generation of the future learn, grow, plan, and achieve goals.My duties and responsibilities are:To explain roles and responsibilities to all club officers and members in addition to educating the club with all resources available to them for club growth and success (e.g., TM website, manuals,videos, and magazines).Maintain and assist the club with making sure leadership is provided within the club regularly, whether performing meeting roles, assisting on committees, or serving as an officer.Assist fellow officers and members in development of their communication and leadership skills while still developing my own.       My duties as instructor, are to make sure all Vice Presidents of Public Relations and Vice Presidents of Membership know the mission, value, and purpose of Toastmasters International. In addition, I'm responsible for making sure all roles as well as responsibilities are identified and executed. Club officers determine how they will communicate, evaluate current situations, establish specific goals, and develop strategies that can be used to achieve club success.To help club officers in their effort, I identify helpful resources, assist in developing timetables for educational curriculum, how to track accomplishments, and how to develop a framework to help carry out the mission of Toastmasters International and produce results.
