      I specialize in insurance appraisal/arbitration, and have won all 78 of my appraisals. I am likely the best in Colorado or certainly number 2. I average over 15 appraisals per year. It helps that Colorado adjusters are so poorly educated to their industry. They really should take a course and get a license, but the state of Colorado does NOT require any form of licensure or schooling nor educational credits to be an adjuster in this state. Probably THE reason I am so busy.
