      After several years of leading the marketing content team, I transitioned to the eCommerce content team, focusing on enhancing the eCommerce content experience across Albert Heijn’s online shopping journey.In this role, I led a team of 5-15 Content Specialists (Junior, Medior, and Senior), managing key areas such as B2B marketing, eCommerce, and Conversion. A notable achievement was my role in the rollout of the AH.be shopping experience for the Belgium market, where I contributed to launching a new proposition and establishing a content strategy to position AH.be for sustained success.Additionally, I served as the CMS Business Owner, overseeing the transition to Bloomreach Experience Manager (Hippo). My focus on continuous process optimization and platform enhancement contributed to delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.I was responsible for shaping the content roadmap to align with Albert Heijn’s strategic objectives. This included translating the Albert Heijn marketing calendar and Ah.nl’s commercial calendar into engaging, targeted content across Ah.nl and Ah.be. I lead a diverse group of 15–20 creatives with varying levels of seniority and specialties.In addition to the creative team, I also manage a data engineering team focused on advancing our studio's use of AI by building tools that support and enhance the work of our colleagues. This dual focus allows us to push the boundaries of creativity while driving innovation through technology.Our teams handle a wide array of creative work for the bol.com brand, producing content visible to customers, partners, and employees alike. Additionally, I manage relationships with several external agencies that support bol.com in delivering top-tier creative work.During this time, I also led a strategic transformation of the creative team to become more diverse, flexible, and dynamic by integrating external freelancers and interns. This shift fostered a culture of 'outside-in' thinking, bringing fresh perspectives and supporting the development of young talent, while enhancing the team’s adaptability to bol.com's evolving needs.With responsibility for our operational budget, I managed and hired freelance talent, external support, and interns, strategically building a more diverse, flexible, and dynamic team.
