  • Conducted a case-control study to identify lung cancer breath biomarkers through the analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in human breath, i.e., multivariate data detected using the PTR-MS technique. • Performed data cleaning tasks such as denoising, baseline correction, alignment, peak picking, and peak merging. Followed by data pre-processing tasks such as normalization, scaling, and transformation.• Filtered out background VOC's and utilized PCA and statistical testing for the statistical VOC selection.
