  I taught at every CMSP motorcycle training site throughout southern California. I was often the invited instructor to the site when the state reviewers conducted a Technical Assistance Review (TAR). I gathered extensive experience and observations on how the different sites coped with delivering their training programs to their local audiences. Designated trainer of other site coordinating instructors under contract with the California Motorcyclist Safety Program.

  Motorcycle Operation and Control

  Provided expert testimony in various cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. I worked on cases as a representative of public and private parties. This activity gave me access to first hand motorcycle crash information, data, and analysis. This access provided deeper understanding of the danger of motorcycling which I used to enhance the mission of the National Motorcycle Institute's programs.

  Our Mission is to reduce motorcycle crash fatalities while being an effective, transparent and professionally run 501(c)(3) public charity. We are a resource for the general public and governmental agencies, and we are purposefully independent of the motorcycling industry.
