  The South Wales Outdoor Activity Providers Group (SWOAPG) is the representative organisation for all providers of Outdoor Adventurous Activities in the Brecon Beacons National Park and South Wales area. It represents its membership to a wide variety of public sector bodies and other organisations, ensuring a collaborative and positive approach to activity provision and development.

  Atlantic Outdoors has been recently formed to bring together the wide and diverse range of outdoor learning, adventure activity and programmes that are delivered from UWC Atlantic College.In addition to supporting the curriculum of the IB and Atlantic pre-Diploma students at UWC Atlantic College, Atlantic Outdoors offers a vibrant and exciting range of holiday time programmes, day activities, courses and training packages for a growing client base.During the summer time we welcome thousands of people onto campus, opening up the facilities of UWC Atlantic College, which is set amongst the grounds of the 12th Century St Donat’s Castle, to disadvantaged young people and the general public who participate in a massive range of activity.Another distinctive feature of Atlantic Outdoors is that many of our instructors are former students of the college, trained in a huge variety of outdoor pursuits through the community service element of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, which the 350 16 -19 year old students study for whilst at the college.Tom Partridge, Director of Outdoor Learning at UWC Atlantic College is at the helm of Atlantic Outdoors and all of the programmes and activities are managed and supervised by an experienced team of qualified professionals, each with their own set of specialisms.   Race Director

  The Dell Management Challenge is a unique 4 dimensional competitive event aimed at optimising team performance and to better the outcomes for those less fortunate in our society. A team, comprising of 6 and 1 Team Enabler, will participate in:1. A 2 day Adventure Race (canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading)2. Leadership and management development, including world renowned speakers3. Senior level Networking opportunities and forums4. Charity development and fundraising activitiesDefier, along with its title sponsor partner Dell, has enhanced the format in order to deliver greater collective business benefits and competitive advantages to participating teams and companies.
