As a privately-held, family-run company with a history of innovation and a deeply held belief in the importance of doing business with integrity, I successfully serve as an Independent Distributor, wherein I leveraged my expertise in sales and management to operate a struggling route and guided it to 60% growth within the first three months.Through building or reconciling relationships with store managers, I took advantage of sales opportunities to take the route from around 320 cases per week in October 2018 to 600+ cases per week by April 2020, which accounted for 88% growth. I visited 36 accounts regularly to brake these stores into A, B, and C accounts in order of priority and amount of service required per week.
