      Marketing Specialist/Warehouse Liaison

Working in the capacity of a Marketing Specialist, I was highly accounted for 40-50 off-premise accounts, which I visited regularly—included here were two of the top three highest-earning accounts in the state. Moreover, I forged business relationships with each and every account to increase sales. Because of my skills in the field, I became the company’s top representative in crucial O-N-D, and I hit 90% of my sales goals in almost every account.Leveraging my communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, I fostered relationships on the basis of strategic support and teamwork. I was also able to use my experience in warehousing to handle key account short ships, VIP deliveries, and help guarantee delivery excellence. This role also afforded me to partner with the Brand Managers and Executive Office to meet leadership and operational efficiency goals for the company and troubleshoot problems through to resolution or escalation. President/Operations Manager

Having serviced for at least three years as a President/Operations Manager, I was undeniable at my best in annual business planning, staffing, logistics, and advertising. I planned and executed an annual business plan, spanning from national travel, specific growth within each level to constantly evaluating the areas that need improvements. Notably, I grew the business from one event in 2011 to over eight (8+) teams and 12 events annually and managed 400+ athletes by 2015.

      Sept 2017 - Aug 2018
      Multi-Subject Teacher

Having served as a Multi-Subject Teacher, I reported to the office every day for each assignment and key. In my role, I took over for teachers on long-term absences regularly in various subjects like Business, History, Physical Education, Literature, and Digital Media. Collaborating with faculty and administration, I ensured teaching methods were consistent and effective with school policy, making sure students were comfortable, and colleagues weren’t interrupted. My duties and responsibilities were but not limited to creating and/or following lesson plans consistent with what each specific class was covering at that time, managing classroom behavior with a fair yet strict demeanor, and working with students as much as possible before escalating the whole situation. • McKee Foods Corporation

      Sept 2018 - Feb 2021
      Independent Distributor

McKee Foods is best known for our line of Little Debbie brand snack cakes. As a privately-held, family-run company with a history of innovation and a deeply held belief in the importance of doing business with integrity, I successfully serve as an Independent Distributor, wherein I leveraged my expertise in sales and management to operate a struggling route and guided it to 60% growth within the first three months.Through building or reconciling relationships with store managers, I took advantage of sales opportunities to take the route from around 320 cases per week in October 2018 to 600+ cases per week by April 2020, which accounted for 88% growth. I visited 36 accounts regularly to brake these stores into A, B, and C accounts in order of priority and amount of service required per week. To achieve all of these, the keys are planning and efficiency to properly “run the route” integral to meeting and exceeding expectations. Show less
