When taking my BSc in Microbiology I had the opportunity to work on projects for within the scope of environmental microbiology and engineering. Of note a Green Roofs project focusing on water quality control and runoff coefficients which resulted in a publication.Later I had the opportunity to work with Plantech, also on an environmental focus, for my final project which focussed on prevention and treatment of parasitic infections on pine trees
