Was also trained to prepare and write annual operating plans (AOP) and marketing plans for respective product groups. Overall responsibilities included group product management of personal care products – Fair & Lovely Cream, Signal Toothpaste, Organic Shampoo and Impulse Deodorant.Reporting to Director Marketing.

Still number one in the world, DHL relishes a global market share of 40% with revenues over $9.5b.Focus of the company is fast changing towards heavier shipments. In mid-nineties it added Mega, Jumbo and HPX to its product mix achieving greater depth in the market and widening its market potential.Key task was to improve Company’s market share and profitability. Major contribution in the first two years was an increased market share from a meager 5% to 38%.
