      I directed operational, financial, strategic, and commercial development initiatives of the retail bank. I was an instrumental contributor in defining the strategy for the high income client segment and transition action plan of Itaú and Unibanco. I consolidated and streamlined post-merger directives for one new high income segment with Itaú, including the service model, incentives model, commercial planning, and process improvements of the Products and Credit units. Furthermore, I designed, developed, and deployed the strategy for retail bank commercial planning, including process redesign, labor capacity, incentives, and definition of target benchmarks.  Led, empowered, and coached 45 cross-functional staff and 1,200 external professionals to acquire new business, client relationships, and revenue generation of R$5B+ per year.  Successfully integrated the marketing strategy to maximize profits across a client base of 1.7M individuals. Drove the initiative that secured 95K+ retiree accounts within 3 months.  Project-managed a New Retail Service Model Project for Unibanco, with an operating budget of RS120M+. Navigated the complex politically charged environment, raising client service quality and deliverables.  Designated Segment Leader chosen to present to diverse audiences on achieving target goals and benchmarks. I executed full life cycle project management of 8 critical, digitally enabled initiatives:  Establishment an MVP for a B2C sales channel for a leader in home and car assistance. Marketing Mix Modeling to support data-driven decisions for a nationally recognized, mall operator in Brazil. Authored the Loyalty Program Business Plan and mobile app prototype for an emerging Swedish-Chinese automotive brand targeting millennials in urban hotspots across Asia, Europe, and the USA.  Drafted a direct sales channel for a home and office delivery unit of a popular mineral water company.  Offered key UX/UI opportunities for a construction materials digital company, including content management, demand-supply matching, and overall operational improvements.  MVP of a sales channel and cooperative media buying model for a prominent make-up brand.  Authored the Macro Business Plan for implementation in Mexico for a Brazilian Securities broker.  Rolled out an Innovation Program for a mainstream beer brand.
