  Assist Rapid Response’s IT department with departmental tasks, as well as with various special projects. Projects include assisting IT staff with installing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, software and peripherals, and assisting with basic network troubleshooting.

  Worked with Equitible's 3rd party application development team on tasks such as: preparing for migration to Azure Kubernetes, development work on Azure Logic Apps, work on their application pipelines, and other code projects.In addition, I worked on a 10-week project with fellow IT interns, with the goal being to use new AI services and prove their usefulness in coding environments. We developed a file sharing application in GitHub's Codespaces, and utilized their new AI tool GitHub Copilot to see how much more productive it would make us. The project was overall a success, and I partook in multiple presentations to IT leads and other employees from around the company, sharing our experience using Copilot and how it provided useful tools for junior developers.
