  During this period I worked in several accounts; as an experienced supervisor I had the opportunity to lead several implementations for new accounts, migrations, improvement of red metrics and also the leading of a large number of direct reports.

I Drive key performance metrics compliance with the regional leaders, coordinating with account Service Managers. Review, track, escalate, and address any deviations from agreed service level agreements (SLAs), delivery timelines.
