      1. Manage Sales Manager and Relationship Managers staff working in multiple states or large geographic areas to ensure all dealers are serviced timely and professionally. Monitor results of outside calling efforts to ensure the accomplishment of the regional business center goals of soundness, profitability and growth.2. Responsible for the regional business centers' strategic budget and planning process and implementation of the final corporate plan and budget.3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote sales finance products in the market area.4. Confirm frequently in periodic reviews that all appropriate underwriting guidelines are being followed and give feedback to underwriters and relationship managers on the credit quality.5. Ensure that regional business center personnel are trained in their various job functions and are properly managed and scheduled effectively to satisfy all business needs.6. Indirect management responsibility for all positions in the regional business center, including hiring, co-approving or recommending salary adjustments, performance reviews, terminations, and resolution of any employee issues.7. Work closely with the credit department to provide appropriate feedback to center personnel after loan and compliance reviews.8. Review decline analysis with Senior Credit Manager regularly to ensure we are not missing opportunities.9. Make sure approved applications are booked. Examine deals and make strong consistent calls promptly.10. Work with central or decentralized collections in obtaining delinquency goals and remarketing of repossessions.11. Ensure that regional business center meets all state and federal compliance and regulatory requirements.12. Create and lead a productive and innovative team environment in all areas of the regional business center to promote efficiency and effectiveness. Show less
