      I handled a wide range of tasks, spanning from traditional client consultancy and project management, to more specialised roles such as due diligence in property acquisitions and sales.My primary roles included client consultancy, project management, or collaborative project leader on several projects. Among these, my role as a client consultant for the renovation and transformation of the original Aarhus Museum, a historically significant building and former cultural centre, was notable. This transformation aimed to create a new venue, café, sound studio, and offices for various music-related functions.In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, I actively contributed to the ongoing development of MOE's office in Aarhus, positioning MOE as a significant player in the local business community. Furthermore, I was involved in establishing and developing a dedicated client consultant department alongside a colleague, while both of us participated in the education Master's in Construction Consultancy.       Acting as Client and Project Manager of the DCPT and S5 subprojects within the south construction area of DNU, the new University Hospital, I was responsible for the construction and project management. DNU was the first of several "super hospitals" in Denmark at apx. 500.000 m2 with a total budget of apx. 7.5 BN. DKK.Responsibility for managing the establishment of DCPT - Denmark's first and only Centre for Particle Therapy - from securing financial approval to commissioning. The centre was delivered within budget, on schedule, and the required quality. DCPT covered an area of apx. 10.000 m2 with a budget of app. 1 BN. DKK.In addition to the DCPT project, I was responsible for the S5 subproject, which included several functions, including traditional photon radiation therapy. The S5 subproject was the last of 5 projects in the southern construction area at DNU, and was managed by DNU's design and build consultant. S5 was tendered as a general contract, and was completed with a slight delay and budget overrun, primarily due to a critical error made by the design and build consultant.In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, I was responsible for the procurement and implementation of an ICT platform and associated ICT requirements for the DCPT project's stakeholders. This included defining the strategy and methodology for data transfer to the Region Midt's operational system, Main Manager. This work was carried out in close collaboration with AUH's Facility Management. Show less

      As the Market Director for Construction in Jutland, my responsibilities encompass fostering the development and growth of the Construction division in Jutland in line with our national strategy. Execution and implementation of the local strategy, in close collaboration with department managements, as well as establishment and maintenance of collaborative relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including customers, developers, architects, contractors, authorities, and others.I am responsible for professionalising sales activities, which includes systematisation/automation, guidance, coaching, or leadership of the bidding process, as well as ensuring consistent quality in our proposals. Ultimately I handled negotiations and confirmation of agreements with stakeholders.Furthermore, I am responsible for establishing and developing our Construction Consultancy and specialised services in the market. This includes a strategic focus on Construction Consultancy services, where I lead our Construction Consultancy projects.Following the acquisition of Orbicon, I actively participated in change management, with a focus on integrating the existing organisational culture and changes into WSP. During the first six months of 2022, a leadership vacuum emerged within the Aarhus department, and as a result, I assisted the leadership in day-to-day operations until a new department head was appointed.
