      Brian is a Director at NUF Consultancy, a company he formed in 1996 to provide operational advice and support to various organisations on programme/project management and associated business issues. Prior to that, Brian was a Senior Business and Project Management Consultant at Kellogg Brown & Root. From 1987-94, Brian worked for London Borough of Ealing as their Building Maintenance & Facilities Manager and from 1984-87 for Harrods as their Major Building Project Manager. He created the PMO at the commencement of the programme, identifying and appointing the required staff resources to deliver programme office services. Following the success on the Network Rail programme, Brian was appointed the first Head of PMO across Selex SI UK. His brief was to create a centrally based PMO and introduce and manage the project control systems, processes and procedures across all major projects in the company.
