   i. Training started for 3 months, orientation for EZDK company (4 EAFS-2 bar mills-1 rod mill -3 DRD plants and Flat steel department) 1. Responsible for Operation of 3 different lines ,• First Slitting line which is responsible for slitting of coils into different number of strips starting from 2 strips up to 19 strips with thickness range from 1.2 mm to 10 mm and max width 1600 mm by controlling knives situation and line speed and tension values.• Second heavy cut to length which is responsible for cutting the coil into sheets using flying shear with thickness ranges from 4 mm up to 12.7 mm without any surface defects and with complete flatness using 2 levelers.• Third light cut to length same as heavy cut to length but using rotary shear and sheets thickness from 1.2 mm to 4 mm.• Fourth responsible for the ease of smooth shipping of final products.• Finally responsible for operation of 6 Hyundai over head cranes (OHC) with max capacity 35/10 tons.2. Responsible for control of purchasing cycle considering operational spare parts and preparing yearly budget.3. Follow up maintenance’s activities using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and under upgrade for ERP (Enterprise resource planning) a business management software.4. Developing lean management by applying 5s concept (Sorting-set in order-shine-standardize-sustain).5. Responsible for receiving operational spare parts.6. Applying and updating Work standard’s according to ISO codes example ISO (9001, 18001, 50001) and ASME.7. Responsible for applying refreshment trainings for operators. ii. Worked for 6 months(08-06-2014 till 01-11-2014) as mechanical maintenance engineer at hot strip mill ( tunnel furnace and 6 mill stands and run out cooling responsible for reduction of slab thickness 52 mm to 1.2 mm (up to 6 mm) with accurate mechanical properties.
