  KSFL is Natural gas based fertilizer plant on HBJ pipeline with a production capacity of 1800MTPD of Ammonia and 3000MTPD of Urea. The process licensor are Haldor Topsoe Denmark for Ammonia and SnamProgetti, Italy for Urea plant.Ammonia plant in KSFL uses Distributed Control System Centum CS3000 provided by Yokogawa for operation and control and PLC by HIMA for safe shut down of plant. For the safety of rotary machines vibration monitoring system of Bently Nevada is used.

  Worked As an Deputy Manager/Shift incharge Ammonia in ALGERIA OMAN FERTILIZER(Suhail Bahwan Group) (Holding) LLC (SBGH) has entered into a joint venture with Sonatrach of Algeria for a world scale fertilizer plant in AlgeriaThe JV is establishing a state of the art plant with world scale capacities of 4000 tons per day of Ammonia having Topsoe technology and 7000 tons per day of granular urea along with the associated Utilities & Offsite facilities including Sea Water Intake and Outfall, Captive Power Generation, Urea Storage, Ammonia Storage etc.• Lead operators as a shift engineer, to Ensure Smooth operation of plant through distributed control system in accordance with defined operating parameter.Continuously monitor and control process variable to meet production • Ensure Smooth start up and shut down activities of plant.• To isolate, purge, changeover, pressurize & depressurize equipment safely.• To check daily production report, log sheets, parameters trend & lab results.• To suggest recommendations for any problem arise during daily plant operation. • To ensure operation of equipment according to standard operating procedure.• To apply HSE procedures, PTW system, Emergency Response Procedure.• To deliver technical training sessions to plant operators & trainee engineers.• To plan & execute the Annual Turnaround activities with services departments.• Provide technical guidance to DCS and field operatorsto handle emergencies and maintaining smooth operation of plant.• Review plant operating data on daily basis and advice for optimization.• Evaluate requests for plant modification, revamping, de-bottlenecking; recommends appropriate solutions and proposes changes as necessary; gather, researches and analyze pertinent data and information.
