  Fully responsible for the timely delivery of a £45 million EPIC project comprising of a 1500 tonne jacket and 1500 tonne topsides for installation in the SNS, 38km from Easington, on behalf of Centrica Energy Upstream;• Reporting directly to the Project Manager and deputising during absence, charged with the accountability for managing a budget (circa £1.5 million) and the seamless interface between the design house (Genesis) and fabrication yard (Heerema Fabrication, Hartlepool) in collaboration with HMC (the T&I subcontractor) to guarantee smooth transitions and on time deliverables.• Providing essential guidance across the joint development of the MDR in collaboration with sub-contractors to ensure engineering deliverables were compatible with the construction programme on site.• Expediting late design deliverables, verifying associated fabrication activities within the construction programme were re-aligned with the revised delivery dates (where mitigation was not possible) via collaborative planning sessions in the yard.• Responsible for the joint management and budgetary control of the MESR (circa £22 million), undertaking weekly reviews of forecast delivery dates of bulks as well as tagged items. Expediting late deliverables with vendors to meet ROS dates.• Monitoring and control of subcontractors and vendors ITP’s, attending FATs for tagged equipment . • Overseeing SQs and TQs ensuring a swift and pragmatic approach.• The identification and management of change control driven by design changes.• Responsible for certifying commissioning personnel adhered to health and safety, quality and additional corporate procedures across the project, effectively implementing safe systems of work.• Focal point for the client at the design house and during the topsides construction and commissioning phases.• Client representative and budget holder for the board during the T&I phase of the project; (circa £6 million) during successful HUC campaign.   The Cygnus Field Development assignment involved the installation of a wellhead, central production/processing platform, and accommodation facility (all bridge linked), in addition to a satellite wellhead platform located to the west of the Cygnus Alpha complex;• Reporting directly to the Project Manager, responsible for managing 18 discipline lead engineers located across three fabrication yards in the UK to deliver circa £100 million across construction activities. The project scope included the installation of multiple subsea structures as well as an infield and export pipeline, connecting to the ETC pipeline through a WYE. Total Project Value £1.6 billion.• Full budgetary responsibility for major vendor packages delivered to specifically tailor for fabricators construction plans. Packages included MEG & TEG systems, fuel oil, diesel storage and distribution, HVAC, switchboards, heat tracing and generation.• The facilitation of weekly meetings with design and fabrication contractors to review any changes in the release of engineering deliverables, bulks or equipment, essentially ensuring these were understood and their release prioritised to minimise impact across yards. • Attendance of weekly meetings with the yards to monitor progress against schedules, providing strong visibility of priorities for the Project Management Team in London. • Reviewing and monitoring fabrication contractors’ execution strategy and plans to enable key milestones and deliverables to be effectively met.
