      Peak Minerals is developing a new solar evaporation Sulfate of Potash (SOP) operation at its Sevier Dry Lake holdings in Millard County, Utah. I develop and oversee the permitting and environmental compliance requirements for this new project. As the Environmental Manager for the project, I am responsible for the management of various environmental consultants. I have direct experience in State and Federal permits required for a SOP project located on BLM and SITLA land including: Air quality permitting, NEPA compliance, BLM Plan of Operations, DOGM Large Mining Permit, Section 106 compliance, and Section 404 permitting. I also interact with Utah divisions of Air Quality, Water Quality, and State Engineer. Show less
