  The Coalition for the Protection of Children (CPC) is a leading child rights advocacy organization, aiming to gain broad based recognition about the importance of providing an adequate social safety net for vulnerable families. In this role,• Managed operations including human resources, strategic planning, and organizational change management. This included fostering employee engagement around strategy and change initiatives. • Responsible for program/special project development and management. This included creation of outcome indicators, actionable deliverables, and a system for tracking and monitoring employee performance and program effectiveness. It also included performance coaching and support.• Managed communications, public relations, and business development. This included creating strong relationships with major media outlets, public and private donors including multinational corporate organizations, and partner non-profit agencies. Public speaking, presenting, and influencing skills were central to these responsibilities. • Accountable for caseload of approximately 30 individual clients and 10 mediation cases per month to address concerns which include financial security, education, and conflict resolution.• Provided conflict resolution, restorative practice, and mediation training in 6 local schools to both students and school administration.• Assisted with the design and implementation of Bermuda’s first gang outreach program, Team Street Safe, in conjunction with the Government of Bermuda and New York City’s Center for Crime Prevention and Control.
