  Directly responsible for the management of customer service relationships with our student loan customers and servicing agents. Primary contact for the Department of Education Ombudsman’s office, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other regulatory agencies associated with the servicing of our nine billion dollar student loan portfolio. Directly responsible for the compliance of all origination and servicing functions for our Student Loan Servicing Center which represented over five hundred million a year in student loan origination and one billion in servicing on an ongoing basis. Also assisted with the compliance oversight of our sixteen billion dollar secondary market portfolio. Directly responsible for the development and maintenance of an origination and servicing system that originated federal and private student loans nationwide in excess of five hundred million dollars yearly and serviced over one billion dollars on an ongoing basis. Directly responsible for content and website development of all corporate websites. Implemented the first electronic signature process for federal and private student loans in the state of Texas. Directly responsible for all operations associated with third party origination and servicing of student loans in excess of five hundred million and one billion dollars respectively. Clients included Bank of America, PNC Bank, and several other national and local lenders. Managed three supervisors and forty plus employees. Directly responsible for all operations associated with third party origination and servicing of student loans in excess of two hundred and fifty million and five hundred million respectively. Clients included Bank of America, PNC Bank, and several other national and local lenders. Supervised forty plus employees.
