I focused primarily on powertools, however, I also spent considerable time working on the Stryker Navigation System (surgical navigation handpieces, cart & accessories) for Stryker Leibinger and a surgical waste disposal system (Neptune) for Instruments.   Validation Engineer. As a Validation Representative, I am responsible for providing validation strategy guidance and feedback to new product and GQO (Global Quality & Operations) teams; providing review and approval signature on validation documentation; ongoing continuous improvement of the Validation Program as part of the Quality System. In addition, since the launch of the new Corporate Validation Program in late 2012, I have been working on the integration into the Quality System and ongoing improvement/feedback/strategy for usage of the new system.
