  Being a Service Manager within Scania Financial Process Center (SFPC) means to be a key player within Scania globally with a cross functional responsibility. The role is broad, from developing cost efficient, stable, and sustainable delivery processes and ways of working to actively work with partners and other teams to define and prioritize backlogs that will improve the overall service delivery.
