      Banana Investment (was) the Tanzania's leading banana made alcoholic beverages and banana wines manufacturer based in Arusha. I started as a Marketing Officer in Sept 2010 responsible in executing sales and marketing activities under Dar es salaam depot which used to be a distribution centre for coastal areas (Dar es salaam, Morogoro, and Coast regions).January 2011, I was transferred to Morogoro town for a new depot opening and supervision. I was the officer in-charge for 2 years ensuring that we distribute (serve existing customers, look for new customers/stockists) and make company products available all over Morogoro region and parts of Dodoma region as per the company's defined RE. We (with a team of four people) managed to achieve more than 150% of our annual sales targets.
