      Maccabi Tzair is a youth-led movement in which every Saturday madrichim (counselors) engage in an experience based on non-formal education through the use of games and entertainment. Chanichim (campers) are encouraged to connect with nature and participate in social interactions with their friends. Together, they learn and develop an identity as part of the Jewish community. In this position, I would ensure the proper education was given to each child from the ages of five to nine.
