  To look after that the molten Sulfur which is used as a raw material is properly pumped with steam in the storage tank and the flow rate is maintained accordingly. And check the purity, ash content, acidity of the material is within the limits.All the equipments are in proper running conditions and the efficiency is as desired and proper draining of the equipments is properly done.Maintaining the temperature of the reactor so that the catalyst gives maximum yield.Checking pressure drop at the conversion tower, packing, filter, and scrubberLooking after the historic trends and work accordingly maintaining the values.To look after the scrubbing unit whether it is properly working or not as it will adversely effect the effluents and checking the SO2 & SO3 content.Checking the R.O. unit so that the raw water is properly treated and the product water is up to the standards.Operating the safety managements for proper running of the unit and controlling the hazards.Making a general plant report to look after the production and trends going on.
