  ● 負責小組長一職，負責安排各實習生上班時間，管理每個人報告、作品及團隊合作的課程活動籌備進度，以及實習生招募等工作。● 參與品牌專案，成為協會少數能協助專案的實習生之一，該專案為協助某企業進行品牌再造計畫，我們團隊定期和該企業董事長及高階主管們進行報告、開會，最後成功完成包含行銷端、業務端及產品端的專案並實際執行。● 籌備及協助辦理中小企業品牌課程，準備課程之講義、教材，以及聯繫課程講師，並於北、中、南各地對會員舉辦品牌課程，每次課程都有20間企業派重要幹部參加。● 編撰協會當期出版品「品牌三力」系列電子書，負責12個單元中，「創意運動」及「市場先行」兩個單元。(電子書連結：http://teba.org.tw/epromotion/)● Responsible for the position of the team leader, arranged the work time for each interns, managed the preparation progress of each person's report, work and teamwork, and the recruitment of interns.● Participated in the brand project and became one of the few interns of the Association who could assist with the project. To assist a company in carrying out a rebranding project, our team regularly reported and meted with the company’s chairman and senior executives, and finally successfully completed the project.● Prepared and assisted with branding courses for SMEs, prepared lecture notes and contacted with the lecturers for the courses, and organize branding courses for members in all parts of north, central and south Taiwan.   ● 負責社群經營、Facebook官方粉絲團之建立。不斷產出針對user設計的素材及內容，整理和分析用戶留言、私訊的問題，並和相關營運、RD團隊溝通，使團隊更快理解用戶需求並修正服務。● Facebook、Instagram廣告的策略規劃及投放，第一次負責操作於三個月內以平均15 ~ 20元新台幣左右的成本獲取近4000次App安裝次數，並透過廣告成果分析潛在客戶輪廓。● 調查消費者需求與競品分析，在營運初期完成5場Focus group消費者訪談並整理提出產品優化建議。● 曾提出並執行兩項的線下地推專案，也籌備公司對外的第一個實體推廣活動，建立起相關人力安排、用戶反饋管道等制度，後來也持續和團隊規劃和協助超過10場以上的科技展覽、企業合作或校園推廣等實體推廣活動。● 運用SQL、R和Tableau等資訊技能，整理分類User帳戶，並分析消費者輪廓及用戶租借分布情形，用以改善營運狀況及提供行銷建議。● Chaired the execution of Facebook Fan Page, weekly tracked data of behavior and preference of fans, continuously outputted material and content designed for user, collated and analyzed user's message for assisting operations and RD team to optimized services more quickly. ● Planned advertisement release strategy of Facebook and Instagram advertising, achieved nearly 4,000 app installs at an average cost of NT$15 to NT$20 for first three months, and analyzes potential customer profiles through advertising results.● Investigate dconsumer demand and competitive product analysis, complete 5 Focus group consumer interviews in the early stage of operation and put forward product optimization suggestions.● Proposed and implemented two offline project projects, and also organized the company’s first off-line promotion activities, continuously planned and assisted for participating more than 10+ exhibitions.● Used information skills such as SQL, R, and Tableau to organize and classify User accounts, and analyzed consumer profiles and user rental distributions to improve operating conditions and provide marketing advice.
