  -I was selected through campus placements as a GET at the downstream facility of Uttam Galva Steels Limited( now AM/NS Khopoli).- I was involved in the maintenance of rolling mills(Sendzimir Mill, Japan) and quickly taken over the responsibility of Shift Engineer.- Executed the monthly shutdown maintenance of 20Hi, 6Hi and 4Hi rolling mills.- Worked extensively to improve the reliability of Mist Lubrication System, Vickers Hydraulic System and Chicago Pneumatic Double Stage Reciprocating Compressors.-Was involved in Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) by executing 5S at shop floors and working towards implementing TPM pillars.   -Joined the Aditya Birla Group in Hindalco as Senior Engineer- Carbon Plant Maintenance in Aditya Aluminium which is a 360KTPA and 900MW greenfield smelter project.-Initially involved in commissioning and elimination of project related issues in in all three sections of Carbon ie Rodding, Green Anode and Baking Furnace.-Later on given the responsibility of Area Head of Anode Baking Furnace area wherein I was involved in PM planning, scheduling and execution.-Spares Planning and Management through Oracle Ekayaan EBS system for Supplies and Services.-Was promoted as Section Head of both Aditya & Hirakud ABF area wherein I was leading a team of 10 Engineers and 40+ workmen.-Was involved in the Planning & Budgeting for R&M and CAPEX projects.-Inventory target was achieved by proper planning and execution.-Preparation of IMS documentations, Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).-Project execution and commissioning for second FTA crane (NKM Noell) in Hirakud ABF(ABF-2) in CAPEX-22 with a cost of 22.9Cr.-Spare Indigenization of high value, high lead time critical items by practicing Reverse Engineering.- In house designed and developed Anode Slot Cleaning Machine for effective Carbon anode cleaning which got nominated for Hindalco Pride awards.-Facilitating Quality Circle teams towards problem solving and guiding them for inter-departmental and regional presentations.- Successfully completed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) projects on Hooking-Unhooking Equipment and Anode Cleaning Equipment thereby bringing the MTBF above 100hrs.-Bagged the Enthusiastic Learner tittle at Excellence in Skill Enhancement and Employee Development (XSEED) programme.   After my long, challenging and prosperous stint at Aditya Aluminium, I have taken an internal transfer in different business of Aditya Birla Group.-I have joined Birla Cellulosic, Kharach in the Pulp and Fibre business of ABG wherein I have been given the responsibility of Section Head- Recovery maintenance.-I am leading a team of two Managers and multiple contracting as well as company workforce.-Involved in maintaining uninterrupted supply of spin bath with desirable parameters to Spinning department for production of Viscose Staple Fibre with a P&B target of 445TPD.-Involved in meeting the P&B target of 280TPD for Sodium Sulphate by maintaining high degree of equipment reliability.-Involved in planning and execution of monthly VDF line stoppage.-Leading the steam consumption reduction project from mechanical side by planning and scheduling the replacements of MSFE heaters and vessels as well as audit & rectification.-Planning and execution of structural integrity observations as per report submitted by BV.- Maintaining reliability of critical equipment like Centrifugal pumps carrying spin bath and different chemicals, Multistage flash evaporators, Spin Bath filters, Drum Dryers, Cyclone Separators, Heaters, Vacuum Pumps, Blowers, Exhaust Fans and Cooling Towers.-Involved in formulation of yearly Capital (GCI & GCF) budget and Revenue/ANR budget.-Extensive usage of SAP preferably PM and MM module for planning, budgeting and maintenance. -Involved in preparation of JSA, HIRA, RCFA, Job Scope and lifting plan along with other stakeholders.
