Show less Achievements:• Accelerated the implementation of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) in Nissan IS Mexico that was originally planned for more than 2 years, and only took 15 months. This was possible by delivering quarterly training on the methodology, project management and Clarity (portfolio management tool), weekly reporting to senior managers and directors in Mexico and US, and also by providing couching to Business Analysts and PM’s on critical projects.• Reduced time of Gate Review meetings from an average of 90 min to less than 1 hour by performing pre-Gate Audits that not only helped PM’s to be aware of missing deliverables but also reduce the number of projects that were not ready for Gate.Activities:• Gate Audits – Ensuring that all projects have the minimum requirements to pass from phase to phase, according the Nissan SDLC.• Weekly Status Reports – Generating and communicating the status of the Nissan IS Americas’ portfolio to all Regional Directors and Senior Managers.• Financial update – Following up and updating monthly accruals to the official Nissan’s PPM (Clarity).• Training and Coaching to PMs on Nissan SDLC and Clarity.• Performance Metrics – Generating monthly performance metrics of all Americas IS projects as part of a Global Nissan IS initiative.
