Lead a team of 150 workers. Work was of prime importance as Ministry was monitoring project which was successfully completed on time meeting stringent quality and time constrains which was very much appreciated for delivering project under deadline and in compliance with strict quality standards. I participated in construction of Mandi House Project having state of art studios ranging from 400-600 sqmts Civil Works costing 150 million Rupees. Work was of national importance and was award winning project. Maintenance of Akashwani Bhawan and Broadcasting House, quality control, use of Non Destructive test equipments like Rebound Hammer, UPV test, Bar Finder, Corrosion Meter. I gained valuable experience in planning projects, cost estimation, quality plan, forecasts, change management, preparation of schedules, tender documents, market rate justification for staff quarters, studio's etc. for North India.
