  -Responsible to ensure smooth production of about 50 types of automotive plastics products and 50-100 types of other industrial plastic products using Injection Moulding Machines such as FANUC, JST.-Identified any issues related to part defects and performed machine parameter adjustment to minimize the defects.-Approved the updated Machine Data Sheet(MDS) after adjustment and ensure the updated MDS is used during the next run slot.-In-charge to issue the Rework/Sorting Instruction (RSI) for the on-hold defect parts.-Studied any quality issue complaints by customers through submission of Internal Corrective Action Request (ICAR) to the Quality Control Department.-Work closely with Mold and Quality Control departments to optimize and improvise the overall production method. -In-charge to identify any problem related to toolings and issue the Mould Action Notice (MAN) to the mold department.-Revised/construct 'standard operating procedures to improve production when necessary.-Revised the Quality Work Instruction (QWI) for the parts when necessary.-Approved new parts introduced by Process Engineering Department for mass production.-In-charge to ensure the regular maintenance of checking, degating, and cutting jigs.-Worked closely with Process Engineers to design jigs and fixtures to be used in-line during production.-Ensure the production follows the IATF 16949 standard.
