As a result, monthly unit planning accuracy improved from an average of 85% to 98% and 3-month planning accuracy from 48% to 67% within the first 6 months of use.Initiated a weekly inter-departmental meeting to communicate logistics status of project shipment, to improve communication between sales, operations, and finance teams and with clients in an effort to improve readiness of project sites to receive materials.
