  Worked in SDK team to develop features for Windows Offline Objects.- Developed an Upload Cache feature which retains ids of upload request done using sync in a remodeled cache table thereby ceasing failure callbacks due to redundant requests caused by request time out in previous sessions yielding high app performance and elimination of redundant requests after session time out.- Automated end-to-end testing of all features in SDK for Windows Offline Objects resultantly decreasing the amount of time for testing by about 75% and dependency on Release Management team.- Co-developed a mechanism called FFI Mapping that provides support for applications written in JavaScript to utilize methods, functions and services written in system-native languages.- Advised in developing Application Sync feature for Windows Offline Objects that syncs data on an application level.- Decorated with Kony Spot award for my work on Upload Cache and E2E testing automation.   - Spearheaded the migration of all services from a cluster setup to a managed cluster setup, achieving zero downtime and significantly enhancing system performance, involving changes to IAM, Helm, terraform and many other infra changes.- Functionalized an automated deployment pipeline that prevalidates, deploys, and post-validates services. This pipeline includes an option to rollback changes, rendering manual release management obsolete.- Improved monitoring services by incorporating Open Telemetry with Datadog and implementing synthetic monitoring, enhancing visibility into system performance.- Remodeled the release management process of Production to leverage Blue Green deployment achieving zero downtime and risk.- Idealized a poc on the inclusion of a feature to automate service account password with the everify Government site every 60 days and implemented it after a rigorous architectural and reliability testing thereby achieving an always-on verification of documents.- Collaborated on the development of the E-Verify feature, enhancing the application's usability and productivity in verifying employee's eligibility to work in the United States.- Developed a user journey which allows a preparer to complete the first two sections of I9 form creation.
