  Previously Lighting Production Assistant and Interim Shop Coordinator, I manage all inventory and inventory related finances of the Event Technology Department. This includes processing invoices, purchase orders, and rental purchase orders, coordinating logistics for the arrival and return of subrental equipment, and inventory management of hard goods and consumables. As well I update our inventory software, reference documents for our sales people, generate missing items report, approve which rental houses Project Coordinators order from and liaison between vendors and various departments. Current projects are inventory software transition and capital purchase order of the current year.
