      I organised and managed large mass participation events as well as designed internal and external communications materials as in my last post (detailed below).Achievements: Bridging the gap between the two departments, creating a more fluid approach to event management with marketing and publicity moving to the forefront of the event planning agenda.Responsibilities: Increasing participation of our ladies and men’s sponsored walks Girls Night Out and Load of Pants; introduced and managed Big Chilli Dip sponsored swimming event; liaising with members of the community who are raising money for us through extreme challenges; working with the Events and Challenges Fundraiser to maximise on income from these challenges.       Starting as a temp in 2018 I have developed into a high-performing team leader and email strategist.- Delivered several re-engagement campaigns, including re-engagement of more than 5k contacts for key member newsletter in Q1 2023.- Built and delivered a fully-automated and personalised new member welcome program which pulled together essential content (as advised by senior colleagues across the company) and which saw an uptick in engagement of 6.5% based on previous year.- Introduction of SMS as part of flagship event communication activity. Results: Survey completion by 10% of attendees within one day of sending SMS. Attendee feedback: ‘Really like the marketing upgrade - eg use of personal texting’-Working alongside our UX Design team I managed the delivery of a suite of optimised email templates to bring them in-line with the updated ICAEW brand and look-and-feel of our website, creating a consistent user journey from email to webpage. Results: Fewer mistakes/inconsistencies between users, meaning an 80% reduction in consultation time for my team- Managed contracts with delivery partners (Dotdigital, Movable Ink) - Delivery of rolling program of expert training to advise, guide and support users across the business to optimise ICAEW’s digital activities, meanwhile ensuring that departments understand and get the best out of the tools to meet business objectives and audience needs Show less
