  We are working with Decathlon, Ralph Lauren, Kohl's, NEXT, Grey State, Eddie Bauer, Morrisions, We are performing all colorfastness test such as Color fastness to wash, Color fastness to water (ISO & AATCC), Color fastness to Perspiration (ISO & AATCC), Color fastness to rubbing (ISO & AATCC), Phenolic Yellowing, pH test (ISO & AATCC), Actual Laundering, Chlorine-Non Chlorine bleach. Physical/Mechanical Test such as Dimensional Stability to washing & Twisting (ISO & AATCC), Appearance after wash (ISO & AATCC), Print Durability, Water drop test, Pilling (ISO & ASTM), Bursting (ISO & ASTM), Stretch & Recovery, Fabric Count,WPI & CPI, Mass per unit area (ISO & ASTM). Contact with Buyer to set actual Quality standard during production.Communication with all customer as detailed and feedback timely according to their requirements.. Responsible for Development, order, product follow-up till the shipment. Study new style sample development check styling and workmanship etc as per technical sheet. Responsible for Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the product.Perform Correlation test internal and external and also client correlation.Perform Intra lab verification of testing.Conduct Laboratory Internal Audit.Conduct Training on Testing Method for all testing employee.Attend mill lab accreditation Audit and Training.Document (Test Method , SOP or any Standard) Update and distribute to concern department .Play an important role as Location Document control personnel .Action Plan : Take corrective and preventive Action by training or awareness.
