To initiate employee recruitment ( as per requirements of our different departments and different Plants in another cities) which includes release of advertisements, screening of applications, fixing interviews ,taking up HR round and negotiation rounds etcb. To issue appointment letters to duly selected staff and organise their induction and orientation. Also to organise confirmation interviews at the expiry of the probationary periodc. To frame/ review employee conduct and discipline rules pertaining to the particular unit in consultation with the general manager and the corporate human resource managerd. To ensure that all personnel records are up-to-date in terms of:• Prescribed application form for appointment duly filled in• Appointment letter• Periodical performance appraisal• All memos/ letters issued to staff regarding his/ her job performance, warning or appreciation letters, increment letters etc• Job description• Monthly mis- recruitment, Organizational change, increment letters, Full & Final settlement etc#The main purpose of the job is to develop a congenial employer-employee relationship aimed at ensuring that employees contribute effectively to the organisation and facilitate employee development and growth#To assist the management in all activities relating to recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, collective bargaining and maintenance of discipline. Assist and advise the management in the overall control of the payroll as budgeted by top management and the maintenance of personnel records.#Being an Italian – Indian collaboration, essentially involved in a recruitment project for the parent company based in Bologna, Italy. Under the guidance of the HR Director, actively participating in various stages of the recruitment process from preliminary screening of CV’s to telephonic interviews.
