      Assist customers in shopping for makeup and skincare, provide professional consultations in skincare and apply makeup, maintain stock and cleanliness of cosmetics counter, meet sales goals, create brand excitement, build and maintain a strong clientele, manage scheduling, manage staff member(s) of counter. Beginning as a new part time consultant to the brand, I worked to meet and exceed sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and finely tuned my expertise in product knowledge and selling. After being promoted to a full time counter manager I was able to continue the success of the business and pass on my knowledge to a new consultant. Stepping into a management position I trained and motivated my staff, creating excitement at the counter with eventing and workshops.
